Currently working on a variety of projects and attempting to keep myself from being distracted. I play shows, but rarely. Occasionally make records or do improvised performances as part of I/O3. In another life I was part of groups Not From There and Nightstick.

Wrap up of -20º Cinema

In a collaboration between TD Architects and myself, a short film event titled -20º Cinema was held in Flachau, Austria on Feb 4. Initially conceived as an excuse to have a party, it quickly turned into a small film fest of kinds, featuring an international selection of works. [Full program notes and credits here.] Below are some images depicting the construction of the space as well as a few shots from the night.

building1^ Construction took place roughly over a week, doing a few hours work every other day.

building2^ Taken on the morning of the event, having realized that screen size needed to be increased to 6x4 meters.

I don’t know how editors would not go mad waiting for this crawling render bar all day long. Two days of working on the film and I’m already somewhat damaged by the process. I guess it’d help if I knew the software - or what I’m doing.
